Good for you.   You may have high telerance for carbs or sugar. I do not.   And I know many that don't.  Hope it will continue like that for you.  I was really happy at the beginning when I got them..

I have tried them many different flavors and they make my face flush and feel funny - tested my sugar and it was up so high!!  NO won't be eating them anymore - something is off with them for sure.

They are being sued in CA for mislabeling - you can google "quest lawsuit"

As I mentioned before _ I gained weight when I wa seating them and lost the weight after I stop eating them...

Sometimes when things are too good to be true - they are...

Now i make my own protein cookies - protein bars.

Good luck...

Oh my goodness I am so glad I found this information I like the way quest bars taste and I haven't tested to see if it causes a spike in blood sugar but I ate two bars yesterday and this morning I was 1.4 pounds heavier!   I cant believe this and am so upset.  I don't eat over 10-15 carbs per day and haven't had weight gain like this ever post gastric sleeve.  Maybe it's a coincidence but maybe not!

Over the years I found out, through experiance, that most - if not all, protein bars are glorified candy bars.  Measuring my blood sugar after every 10 -15 min up to 2-3 hours after a bar like that Really opened my eyes to what effect those products have on my body.  Blood sugar increase way more than "net 4 carbs" should cause...

The manufacturers make them tasty, and manipulate the numbers.  Plus since most raw ingredients is typically imported from other places - the quality of product from batch to batch may be ...interesting.

The "so called fiber", that it suppose not matter, the sugar alcohol (that the industry are telling us - are really nothing) all are carbs.  Real carbs. Carbs that eventually may end up in our blood stream as sugar...

When someone if diabetic - and need to take insulin for that, they are told to count ALL carbs, because that would affect their blood sugar...maybe not in 5-10 min after eating , but eventually, as the body digest the food.

The only difference between us and diabetic people - is that our body makes enough insulin.

I don't eat protein bars.   And if when I did - they always trigggered my cravings for more foods, more sweets...

Now I snack, when I need to, on high fat nuts, meat sticks, some jerky (most jerky have lots of sugar added- I don't buy those).  When I really want something sweet - I may have a couple of hard candies (couple =2), or a piece of a very dark chocolate (85% or higher).

I make my own "cookies and bars" using almond butter, coconut flour and shreded coconut, nuts, eggs, etc...
