XP - Quest bars - to good to be true? For me - they are...

Thank you for responding.
I do drink whey proteins and do not get blood sugar response to that. I eat other protein bars that are on a market - and until quest bar - never had such a drastic blood sugar increase as I have with quest bars.
Some people *****spond to my tread indicated dumping on more that 1/2 or 1/3 of  bar - that - IMO indicates that whatever carbs you put in there - affect people who had RNY as sugar or simple carbs.
I think your advertising about the bars that they contain only 4-6 gr of carbs that affect blood sugar is misleading.   I was taken by it.  It is false advertising.   I hope you will correct that and make sure that you do not endanger any more life because of false statements.

I do believe that some people may be more sensitive to carbs - as I am, but I do eat a lot of fiber and my blood sugar never reacted to fiber the way it reacts to the quest bars.

I still have app 10 bars that I would like to return for a full credit. I can't use them. Obviously. You can contact me by PM, provide RMA and let me know how can I return them. You guys need to take care of the shipping cost.

...and that would be called the very last time Nik stakes her name or reputation to intervene in a message board matter.

Thanks for teaching me that lesson.

They chose to replay to my issues on public forum.
They could PM me - if they wanted to keep that private. They choose not to.
I forwarded you my email address. And my phone number. They could respond to me personally - and in private. They choose not to.

I contacted them on their website - they ignored that. Still do.

Public response to my post - I assumed they do not want to contact me personally.

HB - I'm surprised to hear that no one wrote you back. Our support team is great and generally responds within hours.

If you email us at [email protected] and let us know you would like a refund we will process that for you today. No need to send the bars back. Just let us know your order number and full name in the email.

It's not Quest's fault your system doesn't like what you put into it. Quest also doesn't have false advertising. Try reading the ENTIRE ad. It's online, you know, in case you don't want to read the back of the box.

Not necessary to say, but their web site is also clear: they have 100% unconditional money back guarantee. Send them back and quit *****ing. Find something else that works for you. And quit *****ing.

Lose the tidy whities, put on real briefs, and quit *****ing.

You leveled public accusations against their product!

Just as you leveled (in a passive agressive way) an accusation against me as a blogger (that I cared because I stood to make money from Quest bar sales). And just like me, they have to be able to defend themselves against potential harm. I responded to you in public, both to defend my intentions and to make nice. Why should they not have done the same?

And for the record I think they gave a succinct and informational response which you returned by accusing them of false advertisement and calling their product life threatening. On the first count, I honestly believe you to be wrong, on the second you don't have evidence of such os it could on their part be considered libelous. (sp?)

As for the rest of it, I honestly could care less at this point where it goes from here. Get your refund. Go live life. I have learned my lesson not to intervene on behalf of these matters.

At this point it was between the company and me.
Why do you still get involved?
I do believe my statements to be true. Otherwise I would not have post the info.

As you can understand - my health was affected. I am deeply upset.
As for the other issues: You do benefit when people buy their product through your blog. Quest offers your blog support.
And you believe in their products. You believe their products to be good. - and you want them to be good. You are also a very passionate person.
On their web site - I contacted them twice and I asked them what do I need to do to return the product. That was a few days ago. Still nothing form them. No response.
I am done with that product. I want to return what I still have and be done with it.

Not sure why are still getting involved.  Not sure why other people ned to tell me they do not have reaction.  Why not let all of these issues die?
Let them and me figure things out.
