Do you have a smartphone? I use myfitnesspal and it will tell me the protein, calories, etc of everything I enter plus give me totals at the end of the day. It's much easier to do on the go too.

Do you have a nook color or similar device. I downloaded a free app called Lose It and it has been a blessing for me. You can always go to loseit.com on the computer and use it there. I like it because I can take my nook with me wherever I go, log my food intake, grocery brands, restaurants, etc and even personalize it by adding foods that might not be in the program. I also can log my daily exercises and they have lots of activities as exercises. I was surprised that they even listed sex as an exercise, can plug in the time spent and the intensity....lol! You can also track your calories, protein, sugar, fat, pretty much all the nutritional content of your daily intake at any time. It has been a lifesaver for me. I love my nook and love, love, love Lose It!!!

If you want a little pocket book to fit in your purse, buy calorie-king. It has nutrition values for gazillions of different foods. Good luck tomorrow--the beginning of the beginning!
