I am bored as HELL! Neither of my supervisor's is here today. There are no emergencies happening in the world (thank God...well there is a food crisis and drought in West Africa but I've already written all I can for it) and all my assignments are turned in.

This is what we professional writers like to call..."ugh!"

S'anyway, help entertain me:

Let's do a "when I was a senior in high school" poll. All this stuff should be searchable through Google.

When I was a senior in high school:

1. This song was #1 on the Billboard charts (any song from any point in the school year is fine):
2. A gallon of gas cost:
3. A gallon of milk cost:
4. The "mus****ch" television show was:
5. The big news story of the year was (national, people, not local):
6. One really popular movie was:
7. My prom theme was:

Ok, I think that's enough. Please. Help entertain me!!!

1990? No it had to be 1992 cuz I was already well in high school when Clinton was elected. I think I was in 10th grade. I voted for him to be re-elected though. :)

Oh. Well then I guess I did NOT vote for Clinton's re-election. What the hell am I remembering.

Because of the way school entrance was done when I was little then subsequently changed, I started my senior year as a 16 year old and ended it as a 17 year old. Which means I entered college as a freshman at 17 and spent my ENTIRE first semester as a minor. Highly inconvenient to have to write home for permission to do ANYTHING. And there were special curfews for folks like me. Boo!
