What i wish I was having is the fro yo Nik had earlier! wish we had a place in Boston that you paid by the ounce!!

I THINK I am going to have tuna (my version - just tuna fish, splat of ff mayo and a dab of relish, maybe a bit of onion if I feel inspired) and I'll have it as a "sandwich" on a pc of P28 bread with fresh home grown 'maters.

Or I'll have breakfast (egg ham cheese on P28) lol

B - mint cookie / skim milk
L (S?) - 1 laughing cow light cheese after Spin class
S - turkey pepperoni and LC light cheese
D -.. above
S - cottage cheese w/ peanut butter

What is P28? I've seen people post about it but have no idea what or where you can get it. Thanks

it is a bread with 14g protein.
You can order it through the link on Nik's blog www.bariatricfoodie.com , the netrition link. It has great stats and is very filling. I use one slice for everything.

edited - you may have seen folks also post about PB2 - that is peanut powder -- basically from where they mushed all of the peanut oil out and this was left behind. You can add it to shakes or reconstitute it for peanut butter... much better calorie wise than p butter. You can look at it through that same link

I had me a BLT and brown rice with cucumbers. While it's an odd combo, it tasted pretty dang good! Little low on protein, but I've gotten that covered during my other meals today.

I stayed on track today and ate what I planned.

B: Chocolate Coconut protein shake
L: 3.5oz of orange chicken over a few bites of cauliflower rice
D: Half a hamburger patty with cheese and three little rounds of steame
d zucchni
S: I had three (yikes!) sugar free popsicles after an impromptu run. I was very hot and still cant guzzle. At 15cals a pop its not really a big deal I guess. I mighy have a cottage double later...Im really thirsty right now though.

 I had a good dinner!

I cut up some cucumbers and tomatoes,
with salt and pepper.
I made buttermilk ranch dressing with 2 cups buttermilk, no mayo,
put that on my cucks and maters,
put some chopped up baked chicken,
a sprinkle of shredded cheddar
and 4 croutons (25 calories) and it was soooooo good.
light and fresh

the buttermilk dressing is the bomb!! and i only use like 2 tablespoons.

my whole total salad measured at a lightly packed 3/4 cup. plenty!!
