anybody want some ginger capsules?

I bought some ginger capsules (it's dried, ground ginger) because ginger is supposed to be a natural anti-inflammatory.  I was hoping it would help my back, since I can't take NSAIDS.  Unfortunately, after taking it daily for over a month, it does not seem to have helped one bit.  I still have about half a bottle left (about 50 capsules) and don't want to just throw them away, but I don't want to take them, either, if they don't help.  I already have enough other pills to take.

Anybody want them?  I'll send them to you.  In addition to helping with inflammation, ginger is supposed to lower blood sugar and cholesterol and help with digestion.

I have not tried it.  When I ordered the ginger, I also ordered tumeric, which is supposed to help inflammation also.  It was on back order, though, and just recently arrived.  I have an appt at the Cleveland Clinic Monday and thought I'd wait to talk to the doc there before trying anything else on my own, but I might ask about the MSM when I see the doc.
