Had quiche when I got home from work. Now I'm having some grapefruit. Later I'll have some blackberries with Fage, and for my pillow snack some artichoke hearts, cheese, and olives.

I'm pretty much on soft food until June so I've got to take it easy.

O M Gosh.... I am sooo hungry! I eat dinner in about an hour. I am going to have to be very careful to scoop a real serving size and then just STOP. Maybe no cottage cheese for me, won't keep me full. Maybe P28 bread with some Pbutter. higher calorie but it will be more likely to save me from the munchies

went to Saladworks.  Got a slad with double chicken, double turkey, anc cucumbers.  Got the light ceasar dressing on the side.  Ate 1/3 the sald and the wheat roll (I know I should skip it but once in a while).

The salad leftovers should be good another 1-2 meals.
