 just my last calcium. i have a migraine for the first time in a while, so i really feel like i've been popping pills all day, especially since i've pretty much been sleeping in between them all...

Didn't take iron last night because I had cottage cheese... gah

I've got a D3 left with my last dose of Effexor for the day.  Yea me!
