Got yours in today?

I have everything except my iron and C, which I will take in a little bit.  I also got my D3, A and zinc that I ordered so I'm back on track with those now.

All vitamins have been taken! 

All that's left for today is my last dose of Effexor and the stool softeners.  Good times.

I still need my 2nd multi, D3 and iron (which I'll take a bedtime) and my 3rd Upcal D (which I will take RIGHT NOW...thanks for the reminder!!).

Kelly,  I don't currently take Vitamin C. It isn't on my list of required vitamins.  Should I add it???

It's up to you.  It aids the absorption of iron, which is why I take it.  For it to help you absorb the iron, you need 200 mg C for every 30 mg iron and need to take them at the same time.  You'll absorb iron without it, but you'll absorb it better with it.

 How often do you take zinc?  Is it for the immune support or other reasons?  I am not taking that but wondering if I should start since I will be traveling almost every other week for work for the next few months.

I take 50 mg twice a week.  I take it because my zinc level was a bit low on my labs.

D'OH!!!!

forgot to take my vitamins almost all day today... got in one dose of my calcium and multi.. will get iron w/ c in.. the rest, not so good

 i have my second multi and 2 doses of calcium. i should be able to get them both in if i don't fall asleep early watching tv like i did last night!
