well started off good with lite and lively yogurt (hubby got me some new one pineapple coconut) well (Susie) my pouch did not like this one at all-- only had about 2 spoons and Susie started making gas noises and stomach started acting up, lets just say it is a good thing that I was near my bathroom lol so now Susie is still acting up, so for the rest of the day I will be drinking tea and eating some crackers and some broth :( and just taking it easy today
