So seriously thanking you.
This morning I had to go to a funeral. My ex sister-in-law's father passed away and one of HER crazy in-laws was stalking my 5mth pregnant niece. So my niece called her Aunt Lori. Needless to say, there one was dirty look and then the crazy in-law recognized me (NSV - nobody knew me :) ) and she moved to the other side of the funeral home. She didn't even glance towards my niece. Mission accomplished.
Now it is feeding animals and prepping for work. Looks like just a plain old 8hr shift tonight! No planned exercise, rest day today and I need it.
Might be having a small pouch day, makes me very happy,
B - shrimp
L - made a hamburger w/ lean beef, P28 and some veggies. ate about 7 Ore Ida fries, 2 bites of my burger and i am stuffed. I'll take the other half for later.
D - other half of burger
S - quest
- if needed cottage cheese and SF jello w/ fruit
S - handful of sugar snap peas and 1/4 of an apple pie quest bar
L - turkey kielbsa with sauteed w/ pam onions andsteamed green beans (left over from yesterday)
S - Click Protien Drink
D - 2.5 oz. total of grilled chicken with some sauteed w/ pam onions and RF cheese
I have been obsessed with onions lately.....I hated onions pre-op so its new to me. lol.

B: 3oz non fat rasberry yogurt - first time having it and LOVED it..
L: 3oz mashed potatoes, made thin with beef broth
I plan on having.....
S: low fat cottage cheese (praying it sits well this time)
D: 3oz cream of ck soup
Nothing exciting here.....lol

S-Atkins advantage choco chip granola bar (idk if these things r good for me but they are yummy n have 200 cal w 17 g protein)
D- idk yet right now I'm full n don't even want to think about food lol maybe more tuna tho I seem to b in a fish kick lately

Off today and spent a few hours in the Dr.'s office for my husband's yearly diabetic eye exam. He can never see that well afterwards since they dilate his eyes.
Breakfast:
Hot sugar free caramel Click protein drink
Lunch:
half a whole wheat toasted english muffin with ham, cheese and avocado
Snack:
sugar free caramel latte
Dinner:
chipolte pork in the crock pot which I will shred and make soft tacos with greek yogurt

B- 1.5 eggs 1/2 slice of deli ham and Tbs peanut butter
L- 1/2 cup stuffed pepper soup, chicken salad with a bit of whole wheat (dirt) bread
D- will be leftover beef and venison from yesterday maybe 2-3 Tbs of corn..bread and salt pototes with the kids plates.
S- Iced tea, coffee and lots of vitamin waters
So besides the omlette for me and little one, chef's day off ...sweet
B: hard boiled egg/turkey sausage/banana
L: tortilly espanola/avocado/fruit
S: egg/greek yogurt/NSA pears
S: quest protein bar
D: chicken/brown rice/brocolli
To bed early. I hope. I did go to the gym today at lunch and pumped out a quick 2.5 mile run on the treadmill (well as fast as you can pump out a run when you run 4.2 MPH) and upper body weights. Must do some serious, serious stretching when I get home tonight. My hamstrings are barking at me!

B - 0% Fage, frozen cherries, splenda topped with Special K Protein cereal and ground flax.
Decaf with splenda and ff nd creamer.
Water (nowhere near enough). I need about 64 more oz.
L - Chicken breast, light string cheese, sf jello pudding cup.
I'm gonna have a 1 1/2 scoop protein drink here in about half an hour.
No clue on dinner. I gotta get that resolved!
