Haven't been to Pei Wei in a while, so I was not sure about what to get since I used to get the Teriaki chicken rice bowl.  I was so excited to remember the salad!

I didn't have breakfast today  (!)

But it was teacher appreciation week, so Chik-fil-a sent sandwiches and rollups over, and so I had a chicken rollup ....went down well actually.

Now I'm having a salad.

Might have some quiche later. But might not. Starting to suspect my body isn't fond of cheese anymore.

S-Leftovers from lunch

I am learning to enjoy eating slowly, chewing well, tasting good food in small portions for the first time in my life. Fish is delicious to me. I am taking the "just for today" motto and rolling with it. I am loving myself and taking time for me. It is a great journey to be on.

I have been so completely, utterly busy with work that I've not planned my meal times very well. I have no excuses. Just a stint of lazy I think.

Anywhooo....today was:

1. Little egg white, turkey bacon and cheese sammich from Caribou with a creamered/splenda'd coffee.
2. Mango Greek yogurt & Kashi Go Lean crunch.
3. Wendy's chili.
4. Bunless burger from Logan's w/steamed broccoli.

The Logan's thing was kind of funny. I haven't been there since a good year prior to my surgery. So my best friend and I went there tonight. I get my order which has this little burger, four broccoli stalks, a tiny cup with shredded lettuce, a tomato slice and two little pickles. I ate the pickles, one broccoli stalk and not even a quarter of the burger. Totally full.

Okay. I thought it was funny. I've had this big pouch thing going on for two weeks, and a little burger stopped me!

breakfast -   Malt o meal with milk

snack-    Orange Julius protein shake

Lunch- tomato basil soup

snack- Greek Yogurt with peanut butter

dinner- I don't know, I am just about ready to leave for bunco

as you can tell it's all soft foods. I had what I thought was dental floss stuck between 2 molars, I tried 2 days to get it out and vigorously on Wednesday night (I was determined I didn't want the dentist to do it in the morning. I felt stupid going to him for that so I was trying hard)  Ends up it was a cracked filling. I aggravated the hell out of the gum line area to an area that I had no clue was starting to infect. I am now on antibiotics, percocet and I am swollen. I feel stupid.  I really dont feel like going to bunco either. I obligated myself and 2 people already backed out. I think if I do, they will cancel.

I made a roast with potatoes and carrots.  The roast ended up being too dry for me to handle, so I had carrots and one little bite of potato.  Ate too fast and ended up throwing up.  Now Im having a graham cracker and 2% milk

 Hi All

Quiet day at home today since we had a four hour window to wait for the plumber.  Tomorrow we wait for someone to come seal the attic since there are squirrels up there and they are ignoring the live trap.  I wouldn't mind so much except they run back and forth in the attic right above our bed starting at 4 a.m. every single day.

Breakfast:
Hot toasted caramel Click protein shake

Snack:
sugar free caramel latte

Lunch:
part of a roast beef and pepper sandwhich on whole wheat

Dinner
Roast herb/lemon crusted pork tenderloin over roasted asparagus, onion, red pepper and bacon artichocke pasta....I am so very full

Have a great weekend.

Lisa
