Running late on vitamins and protein today. I blame my cat, who emitted powerful sleep rays and made me take a nap with her.
I don't like the Tender Iron I started, but I'll take it until they're gone...only 397 more to go! (It's not horrible, but it tastes like metal. Not surprising, I guess.)
It's probably been discussed before, but one folic acid deficiency symptom is hair loss. That doesn't mean postop hair loss is due to folic acid deficiency, but it sounds like it's worth making sure you have enough.
