You look amazing, and I am not just saying that.  This post represents why goal weight varies signifcantly based upon genetics, bone structure, muscle mass.  It is clear to me, anyway, even at that weight your hips and legs are small.  You look like you have a long torso, and that makes a difference.  I am more legs and shorter torso, so weight looks differently on me.  You can obviously carry more weight yet have that long slender look..

We are the same height.  I wear a size 7.5 shoe and have family members who wore size 3.5 size shoe.  I cannot carry a lot of weight.  I did, but mine was not muscle mass or bone structure.  At 200 pounds I would not be able to fit into anything smaller than a size 18/20.

Your post is enlightening.  I think it helps give a perspective on why it is vitally important we know ourselves and not try to model ourselves after anyone else.

I'm terrified of regain, with not getting to goal a distant second worry which is crazy since I'm so early in the game.... BUT, if I feel as healthy and vibrant as you LOOK after my bounce, I'd be a lucky girl.

I think you look fantastic and more importantly you look like you FEEL fantastic.

There is no way I would EVER guess you weigh 200 pounds in that photo.  It's got to be all muscle from the running you do.  You look fabulous!

Nik-
You know I always send the love to you my Bariatric Sista! And..... by the way, you are one HOT Mama! We have to release what weight/size looks good FEELS good for us (and sometimes what our bodies want to "bounce back " to!)

You rock that size 12 my lovely sista! Annnnnnnd, you are always my favorite chef!
(((((hugs))) and ( I LOVE your photo of "regain"  For you, you wear it well, and is what your body is comfortable with.

For me, it wouldn't be comfortable, but then I am a short lil' thing too! LOL!

Take care my friend.

Warmly,
Jackie
