COMPLETELY OT (and probably inappropriate for posting here) but have you seen this?

Boy, howdy, yes we should support each other instead of trying to run each other into the ground.  Oh well. Both kids turned out just fine    And now I am done having children, so thankfully I don't have to worry over this anymore.

I can't believe you posted this.............Just joking.

I wish I looked that great!

Many cultures (especially third world cultures) breast feed their children to about the age of 4 or 5 for many different reasons.  Mostly, for nutrition reasons, lack of resource, and to assist in preventing another pregnancy (I don't really know if that really helps but who knows).  I for the most part have no problem with it especially when working in different part of the world.......
In the western culture ..........I am kind of like...........WTF...........but of course this is coming from a woman who never had children.  So, I guess to each their own.  My children would be cut off as soon as they got teeth.  But that is just me!

So here goes-- note: I have never been pregnant and have never wanted to be pregnant. No maternal instinct towards any living thing except an animal.

I think breast feeding is a completely, 100 percent natural concept; however, the idea of it grosses me out. I can't even watch the suggestion of it. (bad Kitten)

I have absolutely nuttin against those who choose to breast feed at all (again I think it's natural) and t doesn't bother me to see it in public as long as its done tastefully (like everything else too btw-- taste goes a long way just like a great outfit). I have no clue on age limit but I would think that if they're old enough to drink from a cup they don't need any ninny.

Of course, the marketing career girl in me says Go TIME for a catchy cover but again, it's so tasteless to me. It's like the Obama gay marriage issue IMO: It doesn't affect me, doesn't cause me any harm so let's focus on bigger issues out there like Child predators, drugs dealers, and other similar pieces of ****

Be happy.

I think issues like government-supported discrimination against a group of people affects everyone, even if you don't fall into that group.  If the government says it's OK to discrminate against gays and lesbians by passing and enforcing laws that forbid them to marry, what's to say they won't next choose to discriminate against and forbid other groups to marry?

I think saying that doesn't affect you would be like saying child predators don't affect you, since you aren't a child and don't have children.  But I'm guessing from your post you feel child predators do affect you, since you think we should focus on them.

You are correct, Kelly in that I do not support government-support discrimination against ANYONE. Let me rephrase: supporting it doesn't light the fire in me, it's not for anyone to tell me, you, or anyone else who and how to love -- I just believe that those who fight it admantly could focus that same energy on other areas.
I have ZERO sympathy for child abusers or animal abusers. Seriously, this week in a town about 20 minutes ago, a 2 year old starved to death -- weighing 12 pounds and having been constrained in a carseat in the home for the majority of his life. WTF?

Be happy.

Ok, I'm risking this so don't hate. I am all for breast feeding but I really find this gross. Really, isn't the kid old enough to use a cup or something? I don't have kids so I'm no expert but to me it is kind of weird, nasty weird. I feel sorry for the husband if there is one, Just saying.
