Got yours in for the day?

I've got everything but my iron and C and I am getting ready to take those right now.

Ooh, and now that I got my lab results, I gotta order some zinc.  And some more D3.  I was waiting until I got my results so I could make sure I ordered everything at once.

Got a multi in and my calcium in, but I like to take the rest before I go to bed. Is that ok??

Depends on what the rest is.  You can't take calcium and iron together or you won't absorb the iron.  And you need three or four doses of calcium a day, 500 mg at a time.  Can't absorb more than that at once.
