Depressed. Pretty much sums up how I've been feeling lately, but today the feeling is overwhelming. Good thing I start seeing a counselor on Monday.
Food:
Breakfast - half a Quest bar, greek yogurt & 3 strawberries
Lunch - Healthy Choice balsamic chicken
Snacks - sugar free pudding cup and another Quest bar
Dinner - planning to make homemade "hot pockets"
Snack - half of a PB cookie from local bakery - depression = baked goods
