Let's see, all I'm allowed to have tonight is IV fluids, ice chips, apple juice with miralax. Yum yum, eat em up! Oh & morphine.

Ground beef with pizza sauce, mozz. cheese, spaghetti squash, steamed broccoli & steamed carrots.

Glad this day is drawing to a close. Hope you got the matress ok Nik!  I hate moving. 

Wake-up:FF latte
B: Protein waffle with tbsp of PB
L:last of meatsagna; greek yogurt with strawberries and a pack of splenda
S:Quest bar
D:Insides of half a mushroom cheese steak with fried onions, toss the bun.  3 of DH's FF's.  

Now...do I do the leftover cheesesteak for lunch or breakfast tomorrow?  Hmmm....decisions, decisions.

Thanks for doing this.I am a newbie and am getting good ideas and encouragement.Do you know what a protein waffle is and where you get them or how to make them.I am asking for later in my journey .

Meh, I'm not hungry today, just really thirsty. I had about 1/2 a cup of "ham" salad.

Just trying to focus on chugging back as much fluid as possible. Got a totally kick-butt workout in today, so I desperately need to rehydrate.

 had an incredibly long and busy day! so happy to finally sit and just relax *sorta ish*

b-fage, chia, flax 5 raspberries SF carmel
L- arbys roast beef *meat only, i dont do bread* 
S-coffee and a string cheese *not together obviously*
S2- 1/2 quest protein bar in apple pie NOMMM
D- 1/2 grilled turkey brat and 4 oz spaghetti squash
s- 12.1 oz skim 

and now im full and uncomfortable... my stomach hates me lately :/ ulcer maybe? probably need to stop eating so much dang spicy crap... anywho have a good nite all!
