My answer is the same as all this week. I dunno! I'm about to leave and go pick up a truck so I can pick up the mattresses for the girls rooms. Ay...my crazy life!

Anyhoo...

Here's what I had today:

1. a few slices of deli turkey with Dijon mustard
2. A Muscle Milk
3. A cup of southwestern chili and a small side salad with lite asian dressing
4. A Click Frapp (weird bout of HUNGER late afternoon. I knew if I didn't do a meal type thing I'd just dive head first into crap on my way home. Now I am full and happy.)

So whats on YOUR plate today?

I had a visit with my dietitian today. She assured me I am not broken and that my pouch is indeed NOT the size of a soccer ball. Good to know. Good visit, go back in 3 months (will be my one year!!!)
Better day today... coworked talked to police and is ok, ex inlaw family is coping ok. And my Quest bars were delivered yesterday.

B - mint cookie protein / skim milk
L - baked porkchop, garden fresh green beans, sweet peppers w/ LC cheese
S - QUEST
D - either pork chop or steak leftovers, green beans, peppers and cheese
S - hmmm.... might splurge and have a SF Ice Cream

My work is having a physical challenge this month. Walk 10 minutes every day and then on the tracking calendar they provide, each day has a task to complete (25 pushups, outdoor activity, bike, etc) - so I am going to do that!

Love the fitness idea from your company! It's not competition, it's more like motivation, isn't it? Hope there are some good prizes and some swag for the participants at the end of the month.

oh yeah... they go a little crazy with prizes. These month long contests the prizes are things like shirts, gym bags, food scales, etc.....  but they run a 6mth physical challenge where you commit to certain things, do a 3mth check in  and a 6mth check in. At the end of the 6mths if you completed your challenge you get to pick from some extreme prizes - last year I got a $100 gift card! (instead of a camera, small iPod, etc)

Just finished a nice spinach, steak salad with blue cheese and tomotoes and light ranch dressing, plus a quarter cup of whole wheat couscous for my grain.

I took out some boneless pork chops to marinate.  And I'll probably steam some cauliflower to go with it.  Maybe not though.  Daughter's at soccer practice until 9 or so.  Hubby's not home and is probably out having beers with his friend.  And my son is passed out cold in his bed after staying up late working on a project and getting up early.

Might just be an eat what you find kind of day... which could be bad for me since I've already eaten a few pickles, a handful of peanuts, a nsa fudge bar, and 4 or 5 sf chocolate caramels today.  That's in addition to my planned breakfast and lunch.  Oy.  Maybe I should just cut my losses and take myself to bed instead!
