I use a Keurig.  So it's the convenience of instant, without all the nastiness.  :)

Had to face up to bad habits creeping back into my life (snacking/grazing) so as of today Im making a committment to journaling and exercise (finally gonna get over my irrational fear of the gym and check it out on Saturday)...the things that for some reason I havent felt were all that important and my nonweight loss for the past few months is proving me wrong. As my mother always says "its all in how you lie to yourself" Enough is enough.

Today:
B - Coffee and protein shake
L - Chicken and applecause NSA
S - Chobani pineapple yogurt
D - Probably Subway

 Been a BUSY week and it is going to be a long ass day!  Going away for the weekend and need to clear out the food in fridge...random combinations for the restof the week for meals.

Breakfast- protein shake- skim, vanilla protein, flax seed and no sugar added nesquick.

Snack- Tall soy latte then 1.4 cup pineapple chunks

Lunch- Turkey and cheese roll up and 1/4 of roasted portobello mushroom.

Snack- protein bar

Dinner- no clue- have a work event tonight so might be a snack or two at the event.   We shall see....

YAY!! Congrats on your move-in!! Isn't it a wonderful feeling??

I took your advice and ate breakfast today BEFORE going to the gym.
I had a Babybel lite and half a vanilla crunch Quest bar.

Then I went to the gym and did lower body--hamstring curls, quad lifts, squats, lunges, sidesteps with a resistance band, bosu jumps, and I walked. A lot. And I sweated. A lot. I definitely felt my metabolism chugging along quite nicely.

Lunch today will be something super quick and easy, as my kitchen is still a trainwreck. I'm about to go address that now. Not sure what I'll be eating, though. Probably just a protein shake and some more cheese.

Then dinner tonight will be grilled chicken salad with tomatoes and olives.

Yesterday was a long day at work, today I'm having a tough time getting into the swing of things.

B: Most of a chocolate coconut protein shake
S: Two (! yikes) deli pop things..I don't usually snack during the day but supposedly they're only 30 calories each
L: Baby romaine salad with cherry tomatoes, a thin and trim peach chipotle sausage, some feta and lite caesar dressing
S: Chicken Cordon Bleu. I've never made it but I found a decent recipe on Pinterest, so here goes nothing!

Now I'm going to go procrastinate my day further by putting the info into myfitnesspal and putting dinner together

Sounds like an exhausting but very exciting evening, Nik!! Congrats!

This morning my mom would say I have been "flopping my tires" - after helping her up and out of the house I : went to gas my truck, to the bank, to pay my counselor, to the surgeon's office to pick up a new B12 scrip, to 2 feedstores and the vet. Missed my spin class and it has crushed me... never thought it would bother me so much!!
Grabbing lunch at my parent's house, helping my mom and then zipping home to dress for a 10hr shift at work.

B - mint cookie / skim milk
L - steak, fresh green beans, peppers w/ cheese... a bite of steamed cabbage
S - Quest
D - scrambled eggs w/ shrimp and pepper
S - if needed, probably cottage cheese and SF jello w/ fruit again

  Feeling off today ..fighting a spring cold, had a fever last night. But still went to the gym today. Even ate a bit before I went. Tonight is chicken soup with the leftover smoked citrus chicken I made yesterday. 

Pre-workout- slice of deli ham

B- 2 eggs sausage patty and slice of wheat toast

L- taste of leftover mac and cheese and another bit of ham

D- soup fresh bread for the kids

S- just coffee maybe something else after dinner

I got up AGAIN at the crack of dawn and today went to the gym at 5:15 to workout. I ask you, what is wrong with this picture (I say as I'm holding my hands like I'm framing a photo to shoot). Did a couple of miles on the treadmill and some strength training, and deep stretchs!

BBWO: choc protein shake
BAWO: choc protein shake, banana
L: chili, rice, sweet pickles
S: cinnamon Quest bar
D: chicken, sauteed squash, salad
S: something tasty!

So I've got to get some marigolds or other yellow low growing plants for my perennial bed and get them planted plus scrub my kitchen floor tonight. Two super fun tasks (that's sarcams BTW).

ok i wanna be involved too...

my food days are not normal
tried a meatloaf sandwich hated the bread(slimwich yuck but yeah also) ate the
2.5oz of meatloaf
picked at a baked chicken breast  about 2oz
headed to work
drank on  a  muscle milk still didnt fini**** lol
picked at that same chicken  breast at break
lunch was couple of bites of ribs, couple of bites of beef barley soup, and yet picked at that chicken breast again lol still have the keel in the baggie for breakfast all of my food minus the muscle milk homemade boy I was baking some protein
after work snack sugarfree popsicle and yet maybe ill finish that chicken breast yet...

wow I didnt crave snacking at all today everytime i was hungry I ate pure protien and now that i have written down what i ate today it isnt as bad as I thought im kinda in a place of not knowing if I am still gonna lose weight don't really know what my goal is as of yet
