What AREN'T you eating today?
Breakfast - if I had some it was fast food, lots of it (2-3 McDonald's biscuits, or Whataburger taquito and a BOB - sausage, egg, cheese on a burger bun)
Lunch - a minimum of 2 plates of whatever my parents were having for lunch
Dinner - soup and 2 sandwiches or my favorite fast food go to was to get the combo meal of 2 small cheeseburgers and then ALSO a quarter pounder with cheese;
Lots and lots of soda.... but it was diet, so it didn't matter I could down 6 Mtn Dew in a shift at work.
OOOH and work.... that consisted of it's own food group and meal - the vending machine. It was NOTHING for me to not be able to make up my mind what kind of sweet I wanted, so I would get 2-3 king sized candy bars or a couple of Snickers ice creams.
wow
So I guess 1 sugar free ice cream stick isn't TOO bad

You just reminded me that on the days I did eat breakfast I was especially partial to McDonald’s steak, egg and cheese bagel. I still sorta drool at that thing but steer clear. Me and grease (of which there is plenty in that sandwich) are not friends.

hmm, if you had asked me then what made me a bad eater i would have said im not but here i am. what used to be was:
breakfast - nothing but coffee, french vanilla cappuccino
lunch - a corned beef special & chips or an italian hoagie or philly cheesesteak. i have a huge food place 2 blocks from my office with about 50 different places for food and it was an everyday adventure.
dinner - a bottle of wine, some kind of pasta w/ meat and veggies
snack - buttered popcorn or about 5 - 6 sourdough pretzels, the crunchy kind.
i miss the wine the most. i used to keep a box in my fridge... but, no more.

Forgive me stomach, for my trespasses against you....
Let's see. Breakfast if I had it would be a huge muffin (the kind that can feed a third world country) or a bagel with cream cheese or sometimes eggs and two sausage patties. Before I had breakfast I would have two or three big cups of coffee with lots of sugar and half and half.
Lunch: sandwich, big bowl of soup, chips, maybe a dessert like apple crisp.
afternoon snack: carby, salty, fatty and lots of it
dinner: a heaping plate of food. For example, a piece of homemade lasagna the size of my head with some garlic bread. Maybe a second piece later.
dessert: a huge bowl of ice cream, pie, cake, half a package of cookies. Anything as long as it had plenty of carbs and sugar.
I drank plenty of water but ate so much food it was ridiculous.

yeap.. the best one were when I was traveling... I would buy 2-3 for the whole trip and ate them at the terminal... before the first flight... then go buy a magazine... and since I was at the store would buy a few "snacks" for later...

If I decided to eat breakfast my favorite was the steak, cheese bagel from Mc Donalds, or chicken egg, cheese biscuit from chick fil-a, basically any kind of breakfast sandwich, or if I was home I would make grits & eggs
Lunch- sandwich with chips
Dinner- mostly veggies and carbs (pasta & potatoes are my favorites)
I would pretty much eat crunchy salty snacks, chocolate, Ben & Jerry's, cookies and cakes any time I felt like it. I rarely skipped a day without my snacks

Here is what I'm NOT eating today...Embarrassed that I use to eat this much!
Breakfast: Bacon, egg and cheese bagel combo from McDonald's with an iced mocha and a sausage burrito.
Lunch: Burger with fries and a diet soda from my work cafeteria.
Snack: small bag of popcorn or candy bar.
Dinner: Half a large pizza
Thanks Nik! This absolutely put things into perspective!

sugar and calorie loaded coca-cola. that's my biggie. i easily drank 2 liters a day, often waaaay more than that. that was the one thing i could never give up pre-op, despite all my diets. now i'm a coke zero fan. i drink 1 or 2 a day, which is a lot less, plus without the calories and sugar. still shouldn't be my number 1 drink choice, but it certainly isn't the worst either...
Ohhh, confession is good for the soul!
Breakfast - Sausage/egg/cheese biscuit from the gas station down the street from work and a couple of GIANT Diet Cokes. Sweet sweet diet coke, I miss that enjoyment of the first sip. Still drink it sometimes but it's not nearly as satifying as it used to be
Lunch-6 inch sub from Subway, Baked Lays, another diet coke (yes, not much during the day, I was pratically virtuous during the day)
Dinner-let's see. An entire pizza? Or maybe a super sized combo from McDonalds, plus another sandwich to eat on the way home. Don't forget ordering 2 drinks so it didn't seem like it was all for me. Now if it was grocery store day, then there would be a couple of single serve entrees from their deli case, plus an entire bakery item, ie, an entire coffee cake.
After dinner-candy, cookies, more candy, more cookies, cheese, an entire box of crackers and so on and so on.
The sheer quantity of food is ASTOUNDING. Writing it down still amazes me that I ate like this every single day. It was great stress relief and horrible all at the same time. What really amazes me is that now if I want something junky, I eat something junky, but a single serving and that's enough to satisfy. Always something I'm going to have to be consious of though. Maybe that's the lesson, really see and be aware of what you eat. Hmmm, will have to think on that one.
