I believe that to which you are referring is the side to which a man "dresses" (tailored clothing speak for the side favoured by a gentleman's member when it freely dangles)...as one who is trained in marking fine tailored clothing for custom alterations, it is a question that well-educated clients anticipate and such information is also kept on file by the consultant so that it is a query that only needs be asked once...
