Pre-surgical jitters
Do document your journey in pictures and be sure to take your measurements today if you haven't. In my experience when the weight loss was slower was when I saw the inches melt away quicker.
Also I would like to suggest the pre-op picture you took (or are taking today) that the outfit you wear that you keep it and try it on occassionally. It really brings it all in perspective as to where you started and how far you've come.
Again best wishes, we'll save you a seat on the loser's bench.

The jitters are normal. Although I just read where a couple of people were just really calm. So who knows? Everybody is different. I was real nervous the weekend before and then that early Monday morning I was fine, although my hubby made me cry when he said he wanted to pray for me before we got out of bed. And so he did. *sniffle-sniffle*.
I'm one of those who worries more about the IV than anything! LOL!
I hope it all goes real well for you! Exciting times!
