What's for dinner - Monday!

B- protein bar and coffee

L- 3 oz of ham and 1 slice of american cheese & a banana

S - 1/4 c edamame & protein bar

D - chili w/shredded cheddar

I'll still have a snack. Not sure if I'll have some greek yogurt or a low sugar ice cream. decisions, decisions!

I ended up munching on some pork rinds and then had a Subway turkey breast & ham sub a few hours later for dinner.

Today has just been a day! I think I realized that my funky mood earlier has something to do with it being the one month anniversary of my mom's funeral. That + Mother's Day + moving just had me all messed up.

BUT...I went to the laundromat and found the most odd sense of solace. I just sat there and watched the clothes tumble in the dryer. It was sort of hypontizing. For a brief moment I didn't think about anything at all. And I sighed.

Days like this I wish my kids still hugged me.

It has just been a day all around today... wow.
B - mint cookie / skim milk
L - shrimp/scrambled egg/pepper/cheese
S - cottage cheese w/ SF jello and fruit
D - tuna, a little ff mayo, little relish w/ cucumber slices and a tomato slice. I still feel soo hungry. sigh
S - was supposed to be quest bar. UPS didn't deliver it Friday because they couldn't find my address ... didn't deliver it today because I wasn't home. I've lived at this address for over 5 years and while I know why they had a hard time with the address (long story) I have never had to be home, they just leave it at the gate (can you tell I reaaaallly wanted a quest today?)

So... snack. I dont' know. I need it to be something dense and filling or I am going to end up grazing all evening.



Dang I am hungry :`(

edited... ok, I decided no misery for me. I had 2-3 more cucumber slices, 2 shrimp and a laughing cow cheese. No more considering grilling up my horse.

I do have some more cottage cheese and jello if I need it before I get off work late tonight.

Hello all I know I'm late  I guess i'll take pride in being the official night owl/lurker

B- Capuccino protein shake
L-Nothing i was sleep
D- 1/2 chicken breast..few spoons of scrambled cheese eggs
S- Danon light and fit yogurt cup
S- the other 1/2 of my dinner chicken breast...the rest of my eggs
s2- more yogurt

I think I met my protein goal right at 64g
