 So I did eat some.

Just remember yesterday was a very wierd day for me.  I was NPO Starting at Midnight Sunday until after the medical test at the Hospital which I got home from at about 3pm.  I was fighting dehydration from the previous days race but because of the drug they gave me for the test I felt like total crap.

Drinking and eating both became a chore I just really didn't have the energy for.  at about 5:30 I ate a couple scrambled eggs and around 7 I shared some yogurt with my baby girl.  I ended up eating some sloppy joe meat with cheese for dinner and then some protein bars before I went to bed.

They were able to induce the dizzy episodes but there was no significant change in BP or heart activity so the test was a negative, I kind of felt it would go this way as I never thought it was a heart issue.  I can go all day with my HR sitting in the 140-175 range and feel great, Heck I did it sunday morning.  Issue is when my HR is in the resting zone 50s and my BP is lower

Well my smoked chicken plans for tonight crashed and burned. Colleen had made an appointment for 2 kids haircuts at 4:00. Well we both forgot her car was in the shop and she won't drive my van. So I took the boys and had no time for the smoker.
We (kids) had homemade mac and cheese with turkey hot dogs and the fre****alian bread I bought to go with the chicken. I made octopus hots for the kids, anyone else make these.
