I have had a TERRIBLE day with vitamins.  That's all I'm gonna say.

I need my 3rd calcium (this thread always reminds me) and then just iron before bed

actually.... I can't remember if I took my multis this morning. hmmm guess I will take them ... either for the day or again lol

 I've got a new calcium, a "liquid" that's the consistency of yogurt. I'll finish off this bottle and look for chewables again. They're more convenient. But this has 750 mg, so I only have to take it twice a day.

Tried to buy iron yesterday but the offerings in the vitamin store didn't match what I'd read about here. I think I'll order some online and not have to think about it any more.

But people can only absorb about 500 mg calcium at a time.  So you're not really getting the whole 750 mg if you take that at once.

Um... I hate math.

OK, one tablespoon is three teaspoons.  So two tablespoons is six teaspoons.

So you need two teaspoons, three times a day.
