Oh my Kelly!!
I have been lusting after your raw milk and took the plunge today. Can you say YUMMMMM! And even better, I tend to be lactose intolerant. But 8 oz later, no nausea, no cramps or nasty gas. And slept like a baby.
Even better this guy delivers. So I have 2 gallons coming Wednesday. He was at the Farmers Market today and I got his last 1/2 gallon. Hubby is happy too. He went nuts over the full fat milk. LOL
Thank so much for sharing. I love making my own butter and cheese. High temp paasteurization of grocery storemakes makes that impossible. And I have been having a terrible time finding low temp pasteurized dairy.

I'm so glad it's working for you! It's not causing the gas and stuff because milk naturally has an enzyme called lactase in it that helps you digest the lactose. Pasteurizing milk kills the lactose. Nature usually knows what she's doing - that's why the lactase is naturally in the milk. We humans just tend to screw things up.
How nice that he delivers! I gotta make a trip to the farm this week. But I suggest visiting the farm yourself, too, when you can so you can see how everything looks. When you're using raw milk, you gotta make sure you trust the farmer to be keeping everything clean and the cows healthy and stuff.
