Chewable Vitamins, YUCK!!!
I'm not sure how anyone here could know which vitamins will make you want to gag. Which brands have you tried? Do you have trouble swallowing pills?

You could try a different brand. Or try one you swallow instead.

I was taking the centrum pills that you swallow, but with my last visit to the nutritionist, she said that since the pills are so big, she recommended the chewable Bairiatric Fusion. I bought the mixed berry flavor. I think they taste great. I enjoy my vitamin time now. LOL.
