Today I will frog march myself outside to walk. I'll be digging my heels in and whimpering, but I will do it.

Today I will drink the prescribed 64 oz of fluid. I'll be gagging, my stomach will hurt, and I'll be pissed off, but I will do it.

The easy part:

1. 4/5 decaf with half and half. Life is short.

2. Premier mocha with half and half + english toffee sf syrup.

3. Fage with applesauce. The fancy applesauce--apple cherry, supposedly--tastes pretty bad, so I'm adding some Torani brown sugar and cinnamon syrup.

4. The other half the yogurt & applesauce

5. 3 oz chicken with oyster sauce. This week I did something smart: trimmed, cut up, and weighed chicken thighs and breasts into 3 oz. baggies and froze them. I'll bet the rest of you do this all the time, but I'm domestically impaired.

6. Protein cocoa

I prefer getting about half of my protein from liquids so I can get the !@#$%^&* fluids in.

Have a great day, all.

I ran a 5K (40:31) this morning, then went to help sister pot up some perennials for a community plant sale. It's 4pm here and I'm exhausted. So right now I'm just sitting down and enjoying some quiet tv and web surf time

B- chocolate protein shake
After Race: 1/2 bagel, two orange section, 1" brownie
L: mini quiche, fruit, brown rice chicken salad
S: air popped pop corn, canola oil
D: chili, salad
S: quest protein bar, hot chocolate

Tomorrow it's yard work and more yard work..
