daily vitamin check in
I have everything in but my iron and C. Which I may still get in but maybe not because I may go to bed early. I just now took my last calcium and I'm not sure I'll stay awake for two more hours. I'm exhausted.

I use Sundown Perfect Iron which I get at Meijer but I'm pretty sure you can find it other places. It's cheap. It does not have C in it, but the iron with C from Celebrate does not actually have enough C in it to make a difference. In order for the C to help the iron absorb, you need 200 mg C for every 30 mg iron. You can buy cheap C any place that sells vitamins, though.
