No worldly idea! I cannot WAIT for this move to be over so that I can cook again!

That being said I'm not sure about the timing on that either. Need to get in touch with my stepdad so I can see if I can borrow his pickup truck to move boxes tomorrow. Then big furniture will go once the electricity is on. Sigh...

Anyhoo...here's what I've had today:

1. Click Frapp
2. Subway 6 inch buffalo chicken sub on wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeno peppers and a squirt of ranch

What's on YOUR plate?

ETA: I ended up getting a McD's Southwest Salad. Had a few of the kids fries. A few hours later had a sugar-free mango Slurpee. Yum.

breakfast:  1/2 Jay Robb chocolate 1/2 Nectar Cappuccino shake with skim milk and ice

snack:  1/2 quest coconut cashew protein bar

Lunch (planned....not lunch time here yet):  small salad with sliced leftover flank steak and blue cheese crumbles, cucumber and tomato

Dinner:  Some kind of leftover roast beef dish...I have mushrooms and a big swag of fresh thyme so I will probably make a sauce with some beef broth and red wine vinegar.

Dinner will be scrambled eggs with shrimp and sweet peppers and P28 toast. That is one plan I know I will stick to because I love it!!

Thinking I will have quest for a snack, even with it and the P28 I will only be at 1047 calories for the day.

I had a spinach and lettuce salad with avocado, chix breast, fresh mozarella and light ranch. It was very good and super filling.
