Need my iron and C at bedtime and I am complete. Weekdays I can stay on track with out a problem - it's Sat and Sunday that I get off track sometimes because I am out of my routine, but I usually still manage to get everything in. I made myself a promise when I had the surgery that I would faithfully take my vitamins because I knew of the possible consequences.
