 That is the cutest little dinosaur I have ever seen!  

Breakfast- 1 egg over easy, 1.3 avocado and 1/4 cup white beans

Lunch- Noodless Tuna Casserole

Snack- probably a Starbucks Skinny Soy latte

Dinner- not sure yet- hoping to get inspiration from other people's posts.

Oh- I am going shopping today- my favorite past time these days.  I think I need to buy a belt.  Might sound dumb but I can't remember wearing belt since those canvas ones with whales they used to have when I was in elementary school!

You are so right about the weather. It's been a crap shoot all week here. What I really want is a job (like meteorologist...where I can be WRONG 50% of the time with no repercussions).

But glad it's Friday, got PT this afternoon for my shoulder, then I'm going to do some water walking, swimming, water jogging for exercise. The pool at my gym is always empty on Friday afternoons (I think everyone else is doing happy hour at bars somewhere...I'm going my own version of happy hour).

B: boiled eggs/turkey sausage
L: brown rice chicken salad/cucumbers
S: greek yogurt/NSA peaches
D: chicken spinach salad/black-eyed peas
S: Quest protein bar/hot chocolate

Tomorrow, 8:00am Peeper 5K...thinking about what my breakfast should be so I can be sustained.

The first hour I was awake I was thinking I needed to go back to bed! Sheesh.
It all worked out at the gym though (I see what you mean about gym therapy, Nik!). I worked out with the trainer for an hour. I made the mistake of asking questions about aerobic vs anaerobic training so she had me wear a heart rate monitor and do 20 minutes of sprint intervals on the elliptical.
My counselor called me to cancel - he is sick with a fever. So after I cleaned up from the gym I went for a haircut, bought some jeans (14!!) and a couple of shirts. Feed store for chicken feed, Publix for Lori feed . Now I'll spend the afternoon helping my mom and hanging out with her (and bathing all these dang dogs)

B - mint cookie protein / skim milk
L - Nik's Taco Casserole, 2 peppers w/ 1 cheese, Tbs fresh green beans
D - scrambled eggs w/ shrimp, cheese, pepper

Snacks will probably be cottage cheese and such

 I figure the best person to follow is the one who is getting the results I want... loss and maintenance! And when that person also has easy to follow recipes?  I'm all about that!!

 I had just about stopped protein shakes until I found this... now I can't stop!!  :)
   I absolutely love the scrambled eggs and shrimp, and even with me eating a cup at a time that casserole just grows!! (my mom loves it and said now that the last of it is gone I need to make another one )
