What's for dinner - Thursday!!!!!!!!!
I been HONGRY today! (And as I always say...you know it's serious when you drop the "u" and "o"-pen your mouth!)
I think my pouch is brokeded.
Dinner. Hmmm. Not sure. With my calories where they are as of right this moment (about 938, give or take) I should go lower cal. I dunno. I am genuinely craving me some tuna though so maybe I will partake!
Here's what else I had today:

2. Half a roast beef sandwich on jewish rye with provolone cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and Dijon mustard, 3/4 of a big azz gala apple
3. A big azz (yes, that's my word today...) bowl of Progresso soup (that hit the spot!)

Date night tonight! We usually go cheap, but I'm really in the mood for something nicer tonight. Maybe Outback or Chinese?
I slept all day with a migraine, so I never had lunch. So my calorie counts for the day are lowish. But I had a protein shake before breakfast and protein powder in my yogurt for breakfast, and my protein counts are high. This gives me some flexibility for dinner.

Wicked tired today.
Couldn't sleep last night - too warm to sleep, too cool for the air conditioner (that probably doesn't work anyway). It was close to 3 last time I remember seeing the clock. Alarm went off at 615. Yay.
Met some friends for breakfast, quick trip to work to help my friend, to my parent's house to help my mom, picked green beans and squash from the garden and then took a very short nap. Just long enough to torture me the rest of the day.
I snoozed the alarm a few too many times and ended up not having time for lunch before my spin class and I'd only had about 16oz of water. After spin I was so woozy and weak it was nauseating. Work for 12hrs, rinse repeat.
B - Denny's "Fit Slam" - egg whites w/ spinach and grape tomatoes, turkey bacon, chicken sausage patty, strawberries / blueberries
L - quest after spin
S - almonds? another quest to kill my calories for the day?
D - leftover taco casserole, peppers w/ cheese
S - no idea

I have no freakin' idea. I have all these groceries, but I have to bake a sheet cake tonight (yeah, like, a SHEET cake. A 70-serving cake, lordy) so I don't want to mess my kitchen up and take up valuable real estate in my fridge with leftovers. So I might treat my kids (and myself) to McAlister's Deli. They have rockin' soup.
I had a Quest bar for breakfast. (half before I taught class, half after)
Lunch was a grilled chicken wrap with hummus, lettuce, and a little cheese.
I've been trying like hell to get a surplus of fluids in today, so that limits the amount I can eat. Feel like I haven't had enough today.

Yesterday was crazy busy today not as bad. Most everyone in my office is going to Florida for conference in Florida next week so next week will be so very quiet.

Steak milanese and grilled zuchinni
