What is/was/will be for dinner? Wednesday!

Breakfast:  Protein Shake

Lunch:  Pizza made with 2 flat bread crackers, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella, turkey pepperoni

Dinner:  2 oz butter chicken from an Indian restaurant, bite of spinach, 2 strips of red pepper, green pepper and onion.   Will be going back to this restaurant as the chicken is awesome.

Dinner last night was a 4 piece grilled nugget with a fruit cup from Chick-Fil-A.

Then I had some kettle chips.  And later a protein bar.  Then an apple.  Then some more chips.

Then a nsa fudge bar.  Then a hot chocolate.

Yup, the demons won last night.  I took in right at 2000 calories - ouch.  But the scale was actually down 3 pounds this morning so perhaps I needed another good high calorie day.
