What are you doing/eating today? Hump Day
I didn't see the thread. If it is already posted, sorry!
Today I have some things to do related to the new house. The electric is being turned on and what not. I'm also going into "turbo pack" on this house. I want to get some stuff donated and some on Craigslist and whatnot.
Eats, as I know them:
1. 1.5 eggs + 2 pieces of turkey bacon in an Arnold Pocket Thin
2. Probably a Muscle Milk Light somewhere along the day
3. Dinner will probably be at church, so whatever the old ladies feed me
Lots of coffee! There isn't a lot of food here and I'm not buying any so my eating will be a bit sparse the next few days. But it will all be worth it not to have to lug groceries from one house to the other.

My cyst removal is scheduled for THIS Friday so I hit the gym this morning and will tomorrow. Shoe shopping on lunch today (hate that LOL) b/c he said if I get an adjustable sandal i wont' have to wear a medical boot. And if I do well, I could be back on the recumbent bike after a week. Also, not sure it's a ganglion anymore but will send it to pathology after removal.
Eats today:
- Click and skim
- Coconut cashew Quest bar (OMG I LOVE)
- Supreme Protein crunchy pretzel
- string cheese and boiled egg
- eggroll and teriyaki chicken for dinner

Ah, hump day and it's my 3rd day back at work. Nice getting back into routine, but I have to admit I am ZAPPED when I get home.
Eats today:
1. GNC Total Lean Strawberry Protein Shake
2. Egg Salad, Squash, Applesauce
3. Dinner is going to be whatever I feel like when I get there... Perhaps a protein shake.
I am going to work on drinking as much water as possible. I've barely been hitting my minimum.
Need to work on that and get my body into a walking routine during work. Trying to find where to fit it in.

I need to get some laundry on and feed my animals. Tonight I have a long shift at work and I am already exhausted. Should be fun! I'll be taking my B12 shot shortly. It's an exciting life I lead.

I'm at work now and I am hoping to get a run in after work today. I also may have to stop @ the Gap Outlet to try on these white capri jeans that I have been eyeing. Just hit size 12 and I still am in shock when I pull those jeans on and they button/zipper with no problems!
Breakfast- Skinny 1/2 pump Vanilla Soy Latte
Snack- 1/2 c fat free greek yoguty w. 2 strawberries, and 2 tablespoons ground flax
Lunch- 1.4 c Trader Joes Quinoa duo- YUM and 2 ounces grilled steak
Dinner- either left overs or I;ll be making Nik's Noodless Tuna Casserole. It is one of my all time FAV'S!
I saw that someone the thread is having Niks Taco Casserole. Made me think of something my husband said last night He told me that he almost cried when he scooped the last of the left over Taco Casserole onto his plate!

I am stuck in a funk this week. Don't wanna do a damn thing.
I got to the gym and worked out on the elliptical, but messed up my settings and couldn't finish.
Part of it is just me being frustrated and depressed. For over a week, I was hovering right at 200lbs, and I expected to get into Onederland by last Saturday. But on Saturday, I was still at 200. On Sunday, it ticked up to 201. On Monday, up to 203. This morning, I weighed in at 204. The scale's moving the wrong damn direction!!
Breakfast - Protein granola bar
Snack - Handful of deli turkey
Lunch - Half a can of tuna with carrots shreds, celery, pickles, and a little mayo.
Snack - Cottage cheese with pineapple
Dinner - Gardenburger with spicy hummus and sliced tomatoes

B - 0% Fage with strawberries and splenda, topped with Special K Protein cereal and ground flax.
Decaf with splenda and ff nd creamer.
24 oz water.
L - 3 oz chicken breast, 1 light mozzarella stick, 2 slices of cantaloupe and an applesauce. Only 220 calories, but it sure sounds like a lot of food.
In about 30 minutes I'll start back in on water and I need to get at least 48 oz in before leaving work. Then another 24 after that.
I have 1 1/2 scoops of Matrix protein for the ride home from work, except I'm not going home. I'm going to a 4 hour class.
I'll probably stop at Chick-Fil-a and grab a 4 piece naked nugget and a small fruit side with some diet lemonade for later. I love their lemonade. :)
I also have a protein bar and another 1 1/2 scoop serving of Matrix if needed. It's gonna be a long day.
