What's for dinner? Tuesday
But first...an important announcement.
I HAZ THE KEYS TO THE NEW HOUSE!!!!! WOOOOOOOO!!!!
Mortgage company/realtor shenanigans aside, I am bouncing on Saturday come hell nor high water. My crap is packed. I got a U-Haul. This is serious!
We now return to our regularly scheduled programming.
I ate like a damn fool on crack today. Sigh. Two steps forward, one step back and all that shizz.
No dinner. I have essentially lost the right to dinner. I may have a salad or something with low cal dressing. Maybe.
I had:
1. Click Frapp (truly the high point of my eating day)
2. About a bazillion cookies (I have to learn to push plates away that have things on them that I don't need. The cookies were so lightly sweet it was easy for my damn addiction to tell me "these don't have much sugar..." And like a moron, I listened. Oy.)
3. A gyro (and yes...as promised...I did eat the whole thing
4. Some peanuts
5. Some popcorn and a few chocolate covered pretzels
6. A spicy beef patty from 7-E
7. A sugar-free mango Slurpee
Yep...I misbehaved good today. And the effed up part is that I won't get an upset stomach. I won't have a little pouch day. For what it's worth, I never have two of these days back to back and I rarely have them anymore. To me at least, in the absence of negative repurcussions, I am proud that I have developed the ability to choose to start fresh the next day.
At least that's the story I tell myself.

I am having orange and ginger marinated baked tofu with stir fried vegetables tonight - can't wait as I'm feeling a bit peckish, but first have to feed Mr Fussy Pants, and get him showered and ready for bed! I don't do too well if I have to rush about after my dinner, so I'm better off eating a bit later.
Trying to shift another lb or two before I go on my vacation to Arizona next Wednesday - got to be bikini ready LOL!!!

Pinto beans I fixed in the crock pot with smoked turkey legs-- that is all I will eat for the next 2 days-- shake for breakfast-- pinto beans and salad for lunch--pinto beans for dinner smh- what can I say I love spicy pinto beans ( made from dry beans not the canned ones)

I worked out with the trainer today and she proceeded to kick my hind end and hand it to me. Wow. I am not sure I am going to be able to raise a bottle of water to drink tomorrow!
now wor****il midnight and I am exhausted (didn't sleep well last night, was 3am before I even settled enough to sleep)
B - mint cookie protein / skim milk (I am addicted to this protein!)
L - Nik's Taco Casserole
Post gym snack - 5 turkey pepperoni
D - leftover Taco Casserole
S - Quest (It will put me over my calories but it is all I can think about!! MUST. HAVE. QUEST!
Oooh yeah... forgot about the evil things in the gym. They are called Belvita breakfast biscuits. Blueberry. My favorite. and they are OUTRAGEOUS in stats (think 36g carbs... seriously) ... but I had them anyway.

L- 1/2 cup lowfat lactaid cottage cheese with 1/2 cup blueberries
D- 3/4 cup spaghettie squash with spaghetti sauce with turkey patties crumbled up in it. It was fantastic. Plan on making it again sometime soon.
S- maybe a sugar free popsicle later.

last meal of the day I will have some more Tuna casserole.
For a snack I had 1/2 an OSTRIM Jerky stick and low fat mozarella stick and a GNC
Protein shake... I also add 100% liquid egg white in my 2 bottles of water (totalling 26
gms of protein)

To curb the trend, I've gone back to the tried/true/reliably filling salad bonanza! Those things keeep me full for hour
Today's salad:
5 or 6 snap peas
2 inches of cucumber
some lettuce and shredded cabbage and carrots
4 quarters of an artchoke heart (marinated)
5 medium black olives
1 serving of cheese cubes
1/2 a tablespoon of salad dressing
2 or 3 baby corns
Very filling --- it'll be hours before I can eat or drink.
