What's for dinner - Monday!
I don’t know what’s up with me. I haven’t changed the composition of my food lately but I have been a damn bottomless pit. Thankfully I have the good sense, in these situations, to throw lots of veggies and “free foods" down that pit but still. It’s annoying. Dammit, I had WLS. I’m not supposed to ever be hungry again!!!! (/end delusional moment)
So here’s what I had today:
1. A few bites of rotisserie chicken
2. Click Frapp
3. Half an Arnold Pocket Thin stuffed with tomato, lettuce and homemade buffalo chicken salad (from that same rotisserie chicken)
4. A scoop of Click, made hot (lest I gnaw off my own arm)
Tonight I think I should really consider going to the gym because if not I can see myself getting into BIG trouble with my eating.

B - mint cookie protein / skim milk
L - pork chop... fried? (no breading)... in EVOO
S - sweet peppers and cheese
D - probably tilapia w/ cheese and onion, steamed cabbage, grape tomatoes
S - quest
My mom is buying black beans tomorrow so I can make your famous Taco Casserole (with zuke and squash from my own garden - yay!)

I broke the top off of egg shells, poured out the egg & rinsed the shell. Then filled it with potting soil & put a couple seeds & water. I started them on Easter Sunday & already have a bunch of nice little plants started. I'm going to plant them egg shell and all.
I have strawberries, tomatoes, bib lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers & oregano. Now as long as the FL sun doesn't fry them I'll be fine
B - Nimble PB Protein Bar
S - Watermelon & 2 Cheese Sticks
L - Hardboiled Egg, laughing cow wedge, 2 wheat thin flat bread crackers
S - (ate two handfuls of cheezits before my head said "don't do this") so I went and got my SF protein pudding w/ sliced beries...Feeling MUCH better about that choice.
D - For this I have NO idea, I am thinking of stopping and grabbing a Pizza for the hubby & kids and having a shake for myself so I can just go to bed early tonight...this weekend was unreal, I am so tired!

Today I am very satisfied with my food. Yay!
B - three slices of 98% fat free ham and a bite of watermelon
S- cheese stick
L- nothing
D- fish with fennel, onions, and tomatoes
I know, not enough protein.
i was going to go to the gym today but passed out earlier (see thread i posted) so figured that's probably not the best idea lol. i did walk home from a class field trip to the met today so a probably around 2 miles (maybe a little less).
