good info on Opurity multivitamin

Andrea, from whom I learned a good bit of what I know about vitamins (she used to post here but hasn't been around much lately), has written an article about Opurity multivitamin that I think is very informative.  Opurity has changed their formula and their current formula is better than it used to be, but there are still concerns with the label instructing patients to take only one tablet per day.

I'm glad that they changed their formula since they were promoting it so heavily to the bariatric community.  They are still awfully expensive compared to Centrum, though!

 Thanks for posting that link. I know intuitively that one vitamin a day is not going to cut it. I was nice to see it broken down by each ingredient.  She is such a smart chick!
