Got yours in yet?

All I have left is my iron and C at bedtime.  I am so glad I ordered more Calcet bites, they make it so much easier to get all my calcium!

The Bariatric Advantage calcium chews are sugar free.  I like the caramel ones.  You can buy them through vitalady.com, which I like because I've had trouble with ordering stuff from Bariatric Advantage.

Confession: I'm almost a week post op and haven't started mine yet! So I have flintstones and chewable calcium, with b12 sublingual. Do you split these up to different times of day? I know my doc has given me this info but I am on info overload!

Yeah, you split them up.  Since your multi has iron, you need to take it at least two hours away from your calcium because calcium blocks the absorption of iron.  You also need to take your calcium in doses of 500 mg, three or four times a day.

So you could do something like this:

Breakfast - multi, B12
Lunch - calcium
Mid-afternoon - calcium
Dinner - calcium
Bedtime - multi

Just so you know, Flintstones don't have all the vitamins and minerals we need.  They are low in vitamin A, for instance, and have no selenium.

the chewable calcium you have is calcium citrate, right?  Not carbonate?

I was afraid flintstones might not cut it. What are the best chewable multivitamin? I am queasy about the vitamin taste. The calcium is gnc chewable calcium plus 600 with vitamin d. It has citrate listed as an ingredient but I'm guessing that isn't right either. Any website or store suggestions to get the right stuff?

Calcium citrate is right.  Is that the only type of calcium in it?

For a chewable multi, any adult multi with 100% of the RDA of most stuff in it is fine.  Something like Centrum Silver, or Celebrate, or Bariatric Advantage, are all good.
