This morning I had a granola bar for breakfast. And an Atkins shake, I think. Can't remember. Pretty sure I had one.
I took my kiddo to Sunday School while I attended the last of a three part class on Holocaust Theologies. Fascinating class. Then came home, and was starving.
Made myself half a turkey sandwich and ate it too fast. It got stuck. I tried to wa**** out with a little sip of orange juice, and spent the next 5 minutes over the kitchen sink, throwing it back up.
Then I went to my infant swim class and splashed around for an hour.
I came home, and now I'm exhausted. So, so tired. I want to nap so bad, but if I do, I won't get back up.
Dinner is gonna be a big ol i-don't-know-what. I don't want to cook. I need more coconut milk for my daughter, so I may go to the store and get a pre-made meatloaf or something to heat up.

Working today so food has been all over the place times and such.
B- late omlett with smoked turkey and mozzerella
L- chicken and white bean soup
D- toppings from a slice of kids pizza and a beef short rib leftover from last night
S- peanut butter and coffee maybe another slice of turkey later tonight

my butt finally got rolling writing around 10, so i just kept going til about 3:30 am! i just have one section left which i'll work on after i shower. went to the gym and did an undercover boss episode worth of the bike (about 53 minutes i think it said) to destress a bit.

s - apple slices..... and reese's cups (look at me admitting things!)
d - is gonna be some meatballs and ricotta
s - something tonight, probably cheese and grapes
s - milk and i'll probably cut out the pb since i had the candy...

Woke up too early, as usual, re-slept until 10:30. Mmmm...sleep...
1. Cup of decaf with half & half while listening to This American Life and Car Talk.
2. 5 oz. Greek yogurt with four frozen strawberries and stevia. Does anybody else hate stevia? It tastes bitter to me. Must switch to Splenda. Took an hour ten minutes to get this down.
3. Currently drinking: Coffee + milk + chocolate protein shake mocha with Almond Roca Torani. Wow.
4. Finish the yogurt: 3 oz to go. Finish yesterday's vanilla-caramel protein pudding: about 3 more oz.
5. Trying chicken today for the first time since surgery. Will trim and bake a thigh. That will fill me up.
6. Either 1/4 C. cottage cheese with 1/4 pear, or protein cocoa.
Plus ten gallons of Crystal and Light and a vat of herbal tea. I feel like I'm being water boarded.
I'm heading over to Bariatric Foodie to find Eggplant Hash!

RNY Gastric Bypass 1-8-08 350/327/200 (HW/SW/CW). I spend most of my time playing with my food over at Bariatric Foodie - check me out!
My beloved pooch was driving me nuts so I started my day with a 4 mile walk and it was so beautiful out!
Breakfast- 2 tablespoons pulled pork (leftovers from dinner last night) an 1/4 cup fat free refried beans w/ cheese
Snack- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
Lunch- missed it today...
Dinner- 1/2 cup of Nik's Taco Casserole. It is now a favorite and staple in our house!

yesterday and today both went swimming, and hopefully tomorrow will take my nephew and grandson for a bike ride, pulling them in a bike trailer. Getting in more exercise and that is what I need.

Snack - Diet Coke
Snack 2 - Banana
Lunch - Couple of bites of a Dairy Queen Cheeseburger. The neighbors dog got the rest!
Snack 3- 2 handfuls Popcorn
Snack 4 - Orange
Snack 5 - Bag of jelly beans (this snack took all day-small bag, total of 4 servings)
Snack 6 - Diet Coke
Snack 7 - English Muffin w/sugar free jelly
Dinner - 3 spoonfuls if pimento cheese
Awful day. I'm going to have to break down and see a neurologist. No snacking makes the nausea worse but so do protein dense foods. Carbs, especially sugar, makes it better and that's just not going to work. Kind of at the end of my rope with the whole migraine thing at this point.
Whining over, tomorrow will be better, right?
