I only lose weight on Friday/Saturday/Sunday
I don't weigh every day, plus I don't keep track that carefully, so I really don't know if I do that or not.

That is so funny, I am noticing the same trend. Mind you I don't exercise on the weekends - go figure

I can make some guesses. Do you work/go to school or anything Mon-Fri? Maybe it's just letting yourself destress and relax a little that lets it slide off. Maybe it's getting some extra sleep that helps it slide off. Or maybe it's just a weird coincidence. If I lost weight every weekend I'd be happy. Right now as I'm edging downwards it's a little off every 4-6 weeks but not on weekends :-)
Yeah I work Monday thru Friday. I can pretty much count on some sort of loss on the weekends, for now. I am sure that will change as I get closer to goal. I am steady losing around 10 pounds a month and I am totally cool with that. I weigh daily but don't let it stress me out when I don't lose because I know eventually it will come off.

The very same thing happens to me. So I only count what I weigh Sat and Sunday mornings. I don't have a scientific explaination but I think its because I sleep in on those days plus I drink more water and then I pee a lot. On weekdays I only sleep about 5-6 hours a night then catch up on the weekend. So I tend to eat less on the weekend because I don't eat while sleeping.
