 Ate a Amy's veggie burger with a slice of cheese on one slice of whole grain bread, might have small salad with it

Well since I can't seem to eat anything this week, or months since surgery that is thicker than cream soup, I will probably have that for dinner.
Lunch was 1/4 C Greek Yogurt with pureed strawberrys
Breakfast was a protein drink, and that will be my mid afternoon snack as well.

Having 3oz of London Broil baked in cream of mushroom soup in the oven with chopped carrots (about a quarter cup) & potatoes. I don't eat the potatoes. Will probably have some peas on the side too, around 1/8 cup. My friend gave me this recipe today. Hope it's good.

 it's after 7 and i still have no clue. luckily last time i ate was almost 5 anyway! i bought some perdue short cuts at the grocery store, so i have that. i could just make a chicken quesadilla since it's quick and easy but i'm not really in the mood for it. but i'm definitely low on protein today and have nothing defrosted. i almost just wanna make another make another shake and call it a day. but then my calories will be super low....

I had about a quarter of a blueberry muffin before I left work.  By the time I got home I was shaky & sweaty.  You're not alone, Nik!  I swear I will never learn.

Anyway, dinner was sauteed turkey kielbasa & brussels sprouts, thrown together quickly because I needed to eat!

One of those days you have to laugh or you'll cry. Made Nik's Chicken Pot Pie for the 9 millionth time and I forgot the Gravy!! I kept thinking "this is drier than usual!" lol
Then my training session went over by 15 minutes, fortunately, because I missed a horrible wreck by about 10-15 minutes. That made me 45minutes late for the dog training class. Just craziness.

S - 1/2 quest apple
- quest chocolate
D - shrimp, peppers, cheese, strawberries

believe it or not I am still low on calories and protein, so I may have some cottage cheese and strawberries.

 Quieter day since my boss was in back-to-back meetings all day.  Looking forward to a long weekend since we are off on Monday.  Going to try to find a crab shack since we haven't been to one since we have been here....also probably the touristy things on Monday since it is supposed to be nice.

sugar free latte...later a 50 calorie pack of fiber gourmet crackers

a little sliced gyro meat
sauteed spinach
sauteed snow peas and mushrooms

Dinner
sashimi...edemame...and a little sushi rice (yummmmmmmmmm) - way too full but very delicious

All i had today was a protein shake and a small wendy's chilli..ill probably eat some more chili before the sun comes up (since im working)..i am drinking a lot of water.
