For those that need a vitamin schedule

Yeah, the ASMBS says two multis. Actually what we need is 200% of the RDA of most things, which usually requires two multis. With some brands, it requires even more than two.

Thanks for the schedule as it is very helpful. As I had a scare yesterday with bad constipation I want to add miralax, fibercon, and magnesium to my schedule. Are there any issues with these being taken at the same time as Iron or other vitamins?
What I am thinking:
AM - Iron, Vit C, Multi, and Miralax
Midday - Calcium, Fibercon
Night - Calcium, Magnesium
Not taking B12 or D at this point. Doc will be doing blodd tests in 5 weeks to determine if I need them.
Let me know if there are issues with my proposed schedule.

As far as I know, it doesn't matter when you take those.
The only problem that I see with your schedule, other than than the fact that you need B12, is that you need three or four doses of calcium, not just two. We need 1500-2000 mg calcium and can only absorb about 500 mg at a time.
