OK, I apparently have not been paying attention! I need 2 multis? I have only been taking one!!!

Yeah, the ASMBS says two multis.  Actually what we need is 200% of the RDA of most things, which usually requires two multis.  With some brands, it requires even more than two.

Thanks for the schedule as it is very helpful.  As I had a scare yesterday with bad constipation I want to add miralax, fibercon, and magnesium to my schedule.   Are there any issues with these being taken at the same time as Iron or other vitamins?

What I am thinking:

AM - Iron, Vit C, Multi, and Miralax

Midday - Calcium, Fibercon

Night - Calcium, Magnesium

Not taking B12 or D at this point.  Doc will be doing blodd tests in 5 weeks to determine if I need them.

Let me know if there are issues with my proposed schedule.

As far as I know, it doesn't matter when you take those.

The only problem that I see with your schedule, other than than the fact that you need B12, is that you need three or four doses of calcium, not just two.  We need 1500-2000 mg calcium and can only absorb about 500 mg at a time.
