all there (except iron at bedtime). My Calcet came in today so I had 2 doses of calcium pills (easy to remember) and my 3rd dose was Calcet because that is the one I tend to forget. So it works out well - no calories from 3 calcet, and I remember my 3rd dose.

 What all should I be taking? My doctor only told me to take a multivitamin. I feel like I am missing something here.

Really?  Just a multi?  Oy!

The American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery says you should be taking two multivitamins, 1500-2000 mg calcium citrate, iron (54-63 mg if you  menstruate, otherwise 36 mg), and B12 (sublingual, nasal spray or injections).  Most people also need D3 so you should get your vitamin D level checked to see if you do.

Magnesium should be on the daily list if you need additional magnesium.  Not everyone does.  Laxatives should be on the daily list if you're constipated.
