How are you doing today?

I have gotten everything in except my iron and C, which I'll take before bed.  I am on the ball today!  I'm very happy I got some more Calcet bites because they do make it easier to get my calcium in.

I am out of zinc and almost out of D3 but I want to wait for the results of my labs before I order any more.  If my zinc level is high enough, I may not take it for a while, and if I need to add any new vitamins, I'd like to order them all at the same time.

I was very happy today when my Celebrate vitamins arrived.  Got in Vit D, Multi, B-12 and Calcium.  Just the iron left.

Dr's set goal:            170 reached Oct 11, 2012
My goal:                     160  reached Dec 1, 2012
Today :                       145-150

I am half the person I was in 2008.

 Thanks for the reminder.  I'm going to take my calcium now, which is my last dose.  Multis in too!

I need to take my dinner calcium, and then my calcium and multi before bed.

I made an appointment to have my labs drawn tomorrow, but the hospital called me back and said they were having a problem with the insurance company. They didn't want to cover the cost for my blood draw for my calcium. So now I have to wait until they get back to me. Everything else will be covered but not the calcium part. Did you ever hear of anything like this before? Sounds pretty strange to me.

Everything in but iron and C - will take those at bedtime.  I'm good about my vitamins - except sometimes I get off my routine on weekends - much easier to follow a plan at work!
