What's for dinner - Wednesday!

I don't feel like going to church dinner. I just don't. So I'm not.

BUT this means I have to provide dinner. And there is little food in the house (spending down the fridge for the move). 

Sooooo...gotta think of what I wanna do. Sigh. My GoWear says...I suck. I've only burned like 1,600 calories so far today. Boo. 

Here's what else I had today:

I'm not sure. I am tired and that gets my hungry button going. So I have to be careful. I think I'll stick with the plan.
Heading out in about an hour to go pick up a yellow Lab and a black/tan long haired dachshund a lady found last week and nobody has claimed them (no collars, no microchips/tattoos, posted fliers at vets, shelter, street). She is going to look for another week, but I am taking them home. May 10 they are getting microchipped in my name.

B - mint cookie protein / water (I was out of milk )
L - shrimp, peppers, laughing cow light cheese, strawberry
S - quest (one more nasty naturals down, 1 more to go)
D - tilapia, cheese, onions, fresh english peas
S - turkey pepperoni, laughing cow light cheese

later tonight might add 6 Kellog cracker chips...don' t like chips but I like to eat a 1/5th of a serving of these just for the crunch ... a serving is 30 and very low in sugar and fat .. I think my husband eats his serving and the rest of mine ... LOL   ;  I like to put chili in them too.

 b - a cup of milk, and then a cup of dry cheerios (i always liked them better dry)
l - one whole egg and one egg white scrambled with 1/2 an orange
shake - protein hot chocolate on my way to the gym
d - experimenting with a chicken breast soup (okay same thing i make all the time just adding tomatoes)
s - i'm sure i'll have something tonight. not sure what. i met my protein so maybe a popcorn treat. but i went grocery shopping today so i have some choices....

did 30 mins on the bike and 20 on the elliptical.

  I so rocked dinner tonight....Pan seared scallops with butter Parmesan cream sauce and a Parmesan crisp garnish and only and the best part 6 scallops with sauce and garnish 220 calories and 22 grams of protein. That and a happy family..colleen had this with me kids had pasta..woohoo

I made the Kid eggs-in-a-basket with turkey sausage and fresh strawberries and grapes. I kinda pulled some stuff from his dinner prep, which made for a rather weird jumble of stuff.

I had a scrambled egg, a fresh strawberry, a turkey meatball, and a few spoonfuls of couscous pesto. And a raspberry no-sugar-added popsicle for dessert.

I'm gonna have a Quest bar for dessert later, I think. I'm STILL short on protein and calories, though, even with all that. I had a three hour nap this afternoon, which means I missed my lunch.
