Well the best answer I can give is that I accept myself for what I've accomplished and what I look like, recognize that I look DAMN good and that if I never lost another pound I am a great success. However, that's not the same as being done. I'm not done. I still weigh 200 lbs. and that's not what I signed up for. 

But the rest of the road is mine to walk without the initial benefits of the surgery. I get that. So I had to dust off some of the old tools and get to it. I'm very much a fan of doing instead of saying and I kept SAYING I wanted to get back to my low weight but I wasn't DOING anything about it.

Well, good for you. I'll admit the mental part/acceptance is still the hardest for me. I'm trying to decide right now if I should lose another 6....
