salad with mixed greens, cucumber, radish, green pepper, carrots, 2 oz chedder cheese, and 3 oz of chicken. Yummy!

MORE freakin turkey meatballs and couscous pesto. I'm not complaining, because it's delish. But I had a whole week of meals planned, and I've been eating the same thing for three days while my groceries wilt. That'll teach me to cook too much.

 Chicken with the new Kraft cilantro-lime Fresh Take (like shake and bake).  It was pretty good, but it makes 6 pieces of chicken, so a lot goes to waste since you can't reuse.
peas- just a few bites
brown rice - just a few bites

One of these days I am going to try your famous Taco Casserole.

B: Chocolate Calorie Countdown with 1-1/2 scoops of Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla protein powder
L: poached egg
D: two small ShadyBrook farms turkey meatballs with some lowfat cheese on top
S: Atkins chocolate coconut snack bar
