No idea...I just got over an epic tummy ache (and now am curiously hungry).

Here's what I had today:

1. Click Frapp
2. Subway turkey breast/ham sub on whole wheat

So...I got calories. Honestly I really, really, really, really want some shrimp. May go to the grocery store and have them steam me some up. Mmmmmmm...

I am in love with Subway's buy one get one free before 9am.  I get a breakfast sandwich and then one for lunch for under $4.

1.  Flatbread egg, cheese, ham from Subway.  Don't eat the flatbread, but ate the egg, cheese, ham, spinach and onion.
2.  greek yogurt
3.  Roasted chicken flatbread from Subway.  Ate some of the flatbread and all of the chicken, cheese and veggies.

Going to a baseball game tonight.  Which will mean a few nachos.  I am pretty full from lunch still.

 I eat the bread. Cuz...I can... ;)

(That and my NUT is trying to convince me that the world will not end if I eat a serving of starch every now and again. So I have a sub every once in a while. I get it toasted and at 4 years out I can fini**** I guess the fact that I ONLY eat the sub can be my testament to change.)

Oh I love the bread, but it doesn't love me.  Sits like a rock.  I will do a little at a time.  I can eat about 2 inches of the 6 inch flatbread.

Yeah that's why I get the regular wheat bread and get it toasted. Goes down nicely.

But I find I'm just not that passionate about bread. I am a crunchy girl. Crackers, chips, etc. Those are my big deal (which is why you will never find those in my pantry!). I can handle bread.

S-Had an apple with a tbsp of PB.  Having issues with budgets here at work today so I wasn't thinking and drank a cup of coffee right afterwards. 
Soo..Snack 2 was a stoneyfield greek, honey fig.  I am embarassed but if anyone doubts you can push food out of your pouch faster by drinking I can say it is so, for me at least.  I went from full to empty really quickly.  And that's how hunger is for me a lot...I feel empty more than hungry.  If that makes any sense.

I have had a weird day with my stomach.... small pouch day, big pouch day oops no small pouch day.
So the PLAN is to have some salmon, cheese, tomatoes, peas. Who knows what it will end up.

B - mint cookie protein
L - roast beef, peas, deviled egg (half)
S - quest
D - salmon etc
S - if needed - laughing cow light cheese

Debating a SF ice cream.... will still be less than 1200 cals and I have all my protein???
